Hydration: Super Shake: Pick A Topper

So far you have learned what a Super Shake is, what it can do for you, and how it compares to a juice-bar shake.

You learned what equipment to use for making your own Super Shake.

You learned about all the ingredients to a Super Shake along with the proper amounts and examples & tips to guide you.

Today’s topic is picking a topper for your Super Shake.

Select one or two items from the topper category:

Coconut

Cacao nibs/dark chocolate

Yogurt

Oats/granola

Cinnamon

Ice (if using fresh fruit)

Some considerations:

  1. Try cinnamon with vanilla and pumpkin.
  2. Add oats if you need extra carbs.
  3. Incorporate Greek yogurt if you want more protein and a smoother texture.
  4. With toppers, a little goes a long way.
