You also learned all about the liquid portion of a Super Shake.

Today’s topic is: protein, specifically picking a protein powder

Select one or two items from the following protein powder options, finding a protein supplement that tastes good to you and digests well.

Whey protein

Casein protein

Rice protein

Pea protein

Hemp protein

Other proteins or protein blend

How much?

25–50 grams

1–2 scoops should be sufficient for each serving
