Hydration: Super Shake: Pick A Liquid

Today’s topic is Picking a liquid for your Super Shake.
Pick one or two items from the liquid category:
Water
Almond milk (unsweetened)
Cow’s milk
Soy milk (unsweetened)
Hemp milk (unsweetened)
Iced green tea
How much liquid?
4–8 ounces is a good starting point for each serving.
Less liquid=thick shake
More liquid=thin shake
