Hydration: Adjusting For Your Preferences And Lifestyle

This series is about being a guide to liquid nutrition.

Making better beverage choices and developing healthy drinking habits no matter what your starting point.

There is no need to label any drinks “off limits” but nutritional value does vary. Different beverages stack up differently and may affect why you may want to drink some more often than others.

We all are somewhere on a continuum of what we like, what we are already consuming, and our current and future goals of where we are and where we would like to be. Also a factor is what we are ready, willing, and able to do about making those changes.

Context matters. Your red, yellow, and green lists will be unique to you. It is important for you to adjust for your preferences and lifestyle.

In future episodes, you will have an opportunity to create your own red “drink less”, yellow “drink some”, and green “drink more” lists.
